Get to meet the Friends of Noosa Botanic Gardens and share their love of the gardens.

As BGANZ Week coincides with Volunteers Week, it will also be a chance for those considering volunteering with the Friends to see what we do here, and the joy, friendship and satisfaction it brings to our members.

Free guided walks at 8.30am-9.30am and 10.30am to 11.30am

The guides will be on hand to talk to visitors, hand out maps and take guided walks through the gardens for plant lovers and botanists alike, highlighting ten species with extraordinary conservation stories, quirky traits, or geographical significance.

Meet at the large shelter shed near the entrance to the gardens. Sunscreen, insect repellent, hat, closed in shoes and a bottle of water are all recommended. Dogs on leads are welcome.

Join our garden care team who take a break at morning tea 9.30am -10am. Then stroll the gardens.
