Individual Membership Application Form

Annual membership fees are as follows:

• $25 for Individual Member
• $35 for Member and Partner (Family – same residence)
• Associate Comm. Group $45
• Corporate / Business $110

Membership is for a calendar year (Jan-Dec) and due by 31 December each year.

Applications made after September 1st are valid until the end of the following year.

You can also make a donation in support of the maintenance and development of the Gardens, it will be much appreciated.

Please complete and submit this form and then make payment with one of methods listed.

Payment Options (after you Submit form, please pay by one of following options)

• Cheques can be made payable to Friends of the Noosa Botanic Gardens Inc.  Cheques and cash payments are to be forwarded to Membership Secretary at PO Box 615, Cooroy, Qld 4563.

• Direct payment – Bendigo Bank BSB 633 000 Acct Number: 148 066 038.  Please enter your name (Surname and initial) when making payment.
